MIS publishes Customer Service Strategy
Maxx Intermodal Systems today announced it has published a Customer Service Strategy as part of its commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of its services. The main objective of this Strategy is to set challenging standards and to incorporate the principles of customer service into the daily activities of the company.
The Strategy was developed to underline the company’s commitment to customer service issues. It serves as a roadmap for its staff members and includes several action points to secure further improvements.
Speaking on the publication, Mr Raf De Schutter said: “The delivery of quality customer service is very important to us. It is a key objective in our corporate strategy. Our customers are very much entitled to receive services that are responsive, of high quality and delivered in a customer friendly way.”
Mr De Schutter strongly believes the success of the company is linked to the delivery of an excellent customer service. These are two sides of the same coin, he says, adding that "success cannot be achieved without a proper customer service policy in place."
He also says the publication of the Customer Service Strategy will help the company become a more customer-focused organization. "It will enable us to further refine our services and to ensure that we stay aware of the needs and requirements of our customers.”
In regards to the publication, Mr Martin De Sterck, CEO of Maxx Intermodal Systems, was quoted as saying: “Our company is committed to delivering the highest quality service to our customers. Through our Strategy, we seek to actively engage with our customers. Their feedback will be used to further build on our plans for a quality service delivery and to ensure continuous improvement in the standard of service we provide.”
