Job Description

Coordinate container import and export shipments
Deal with a well-established portfolio of clients
Handle documentation flow
Provide excellent customer service
Deal efficiently and effectively with incoming inquiries
Provide information that is clear, timely and accurate
Work in close cooperation with sales team

Requirements

Intermediate or fluent English
Proficiency with computers
Previous experience in logistics is an asset
Experience in maintaining an account base
Accurate and self-driven
Organizational skills
Well-developed communication skills
Customer oriented

Remarks

Office is located in Solnechnogorsk district near Sheremetevo airport. Preference will be given to people living nearby or with own means of transport.
